RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Famous Brands
held on Thursday, 24 June 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the Famous Brands annual report
issued on Monday, 31 May 2010), all of the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of Famous Brands shareholders except for ordinary resolution
7: general authority to issue shares for cash, which was withdrawn at the
meeting.
