APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on the 15 June 2010, wherein
shareholders were advised that Marius Saaiman was appointed as Chief Financial
Officer of Simmers; the Company is pleased to announce that Mr Saaiman has been
appointed as Financial Director and formally elected to the board as an
executive director, effective 1 July 2010.
