RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 13 May 2010
wherein shareholders were advised that AFGRI was in discussions regarding a
potential restructuring of its Black Economic Empowerment shareholding, the
outcome of which may have an impact on the price at which the company`s shares
trade. The discussions are continuing and further announcements will be made in
due course.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing with AFGRI shares until a further announcement is made.
