CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SilverBridge ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr David Smollan, a non-executive director, retired by
rotation at today`s annual general meeting, and although being eligible for re-
election, did not offer himself up therefor due to time constraints. David is
consequently, with effect from 25 June 2010, no longer a director of the
company. He, however remains on the board of directors of SDT Financial Software
Solutions (Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary of the company.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
SilverBridge held today, all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution
as set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
