RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of York ("Shareholders") are advised that at the General Meeting of
Shareholders held on Thursday, 24 June 2010, 91.63% of voteable York shares were
represented and all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed by the
requisite majority of Shareholders, save for special resolutions number 2.
Special resolution number 1 is in the process of being submitted to the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
