FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 4 June 2010, pertaining to the
sale, by an associated company of the Wilderness Group, of North Island situated
in the Seychelles ("the transaction"), shareholders are advised that the
transaction remains subject to certain conditions precedent and accordingly,
shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
Wilderness shares until such time as a detailed announcement is made.
