RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Michael Burns
Neilson has resigned from his position as Financial Director of the Company and
all of its subsidiaries, with immediate effect, in order to pursue a new
business opportunity and has consequently left the employ of the IFA Group of
companies both locally and offshore.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Neilson for his contribution during his tenure
as Financial Director and wish him well with his future endeavors.
Pursuant to rule 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Company
will endeavour to fill this vacancy as soon as is practicably possible.
