CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given of the following changes to the board of directors
of QPG ("the Board"), which are effective from 24 June 2010:
- Mr Gary Itzikowitz has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and director of
QPG, in order to pursue personal interests;
- Mr Clifford Jason Kupritz, currently a non-executive director of QPG, has
been appointed as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of QPG;
- Mr Gary Neil Shaff has been appointed to the Board as an executive
director;
- Mr Peter Martin Shaff has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive
director.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Gary Itzikowitz for the role he has played at QPG
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Mr Gary Shaff has an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Wits University. He has
been actively involved in the engineering, property, mining, and automotive
sectors for the past 24 years.
Mr Peter Shaff has a background in accounting and auditing. He has vast business
experience spanning the past 30 years and has been involved mainly in the
marketing, property, mining, and automotive sectors.
Subsequent to these changes, the Board will comprise of Messrs Chaim Cohen
(Executive Chairman), Clifford Kupritz (Chief Executive Officer), Mark Taitz
(Financial Director), Gary Shaff (Executive Director), Johann Opperman
(Executive Director), Barak Cohen (Non-executive Director), Peter Shaff (Non-
executive Director), Barry Sneech (Independent Non-executive Director) and Ian
Levitt (Independent Non-executive Director).
