REVISED TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on 25 May 2010 and
are advised that MoneyWeb is finalising its results for the year ended 31 March
2010, and expects to release it by 30 June 2010. Following the finalisation of
the financial results for the 2010 year end, the board has decided to review the
carrying value of assets relating to certain of the group`s mini-sites. As a
result, the board decided to impair the carrying value of these assets. This
will have the effect of reducing the basic and headline earnings per share to
between 2.05 and 2.25 cents per share.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
