NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 31 March 2010 has been posted to shareholders today, 28 June
2010. There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended 31
March 2010, released on SENS on Tuesday, 25 May 2010 and published in the press
on Wednesday, 26 May 2010 and the annual report. The annual financial statements
were audited by the Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is
available for inspection at Invicta`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at 12h00 on Thursday, 29 July 2010 at 3rd Floor, Pepkor
House, 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town.
