ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE POSTING OF THE CIRCULAR AND PUBLICATION OF THE PRE-
LISTING STATEMENT OF HEALTH STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS LIMITED
Holders of ordinary shares, redeemable option-holding shares and preference
shares in Mvela Group ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement by Mvela
Group released on the Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on Tuesday, 22
June 2010 and are advised that the circular regarding the series of transactions
undertaken and/or to be undertaken by Mvela Group, Brimstone Investment
Corporation Limited ("Brimstone") and various entities controlled by Mvela Group
and Brimstone ("Restructuring") and the proposed unbundling by Mvela Group of
all its directly held ordinary shares in Health Strategic Investments Limited
("Health") to Mvela Group ordinary shareholders ("Unbundling") (the "Circular")
was posted to Shareholders today.
The Circular also incorporates a notice convening a combined general meeting of
Shareholders to be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 20 July 2010, at Melrose Arch
Hotel, High Street, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.
Shareholders are further referred to the abridged pre-listing statement released
earlier today on SENS by Health and are advised that the Health pre-listing
statement ("Health PLS") was posted to Shareholders, together with the Circular,
today.
