KELLY GROUP FORMS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH KELLY SERVICES IN AMERICA
Johannesburg, 30 June 2010 - JSE-listed employment services provider the Kelly
Group has signed a global partnering agreement with Michigan-based Kelly
Services, Inc (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB), a leading global workforce solutions
provider.
In terms of the three-year agreement, the Kelly Group will extend its portfolio
of services to Kelly Services` clients in Africa and the Middle East while Kelly
Services will offer its services to Kelly Group`s clients in the rest of the
world. This partnership allows both parties to improve their ability to serve
their clients outside their traditional geographical areas and to strengthen
customer relationships.
In addition, Kelly Services will engage MSquared Consulting, the Kelly Group`s
San Francisco-based operation which has traditionally operated in the Silicon
Valley, to provide high-level consulting and contract services to its clients
throughout the rest of the United States. The agreement also allows both
parties to bid jointly for any global requests for proposals.
Grenville Wilson, chief executive of the Kelly Group, said that the partnership
would help to extend both companies` geographical reach, while serving as a
viable platform for future collaboration.
