CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE

("the Board") wishes to announce the resignation of Rex Tomlinson, Deputy
Chief Executive, from the Board with effect from 30 June 2010 in line with his
stated intention to pursue other interests. The Board is most grateful to Rex
for the contribution he has made to the company during his term as a director.
