Lonrho Plc ( AIM : LONR ) announces the resignation of Donald Strang as a Non-
Executive Director. Mr Strang has been a director of the company since December
2006. The Board thanks him for his support during his tenure and wishes him well
with his future plans. Lonrho is in the process of short listing a replacement
non executive Director with suitable experience. Mr Strang`s resignation is
effective from the 30th June 2010.
