NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2010 annual report,
incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2010 was posted to shareholders today and contains no material changes
to the reviewed preliminary results that were announced on SENS and published
in the press on 17 May 2010 and 18 May 2010 respectively.
The 2010 annual report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting,
which meeting will be held in the Bytes Conference Centre, Bytes Business Park,
Block C, 241 Third Road, Halfway Gardens, Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa
on Friday 30 July 2009 at 11:00 (SA time).
