2 CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN
Conditional share awards, vesting after a 3 year performance period,
subject to performance conditions and to the extent that these have been
satisfied, at a grant price of R84,1243 granted to:

D C Coutts-Trotter 45 633 conditional awards
Company secretary:
C A Reddiar 5 021 conditional awards
The rights and awards have been granted in terms of the rules of the
Company`s respective share plans as adopted and approved by shareholders in
2005.
Clearance has been received in terms of par 3.66 of the JSE`s Listings
Requirements in respect of all the above transactions. All interests in the
transactions are direct beneficial and no shares were purchased on or off
market.
