NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 28 February 2010 has been posted to shareholders today, 1
July 2010. There has been no change from the reviewed results for the year ended
28 February 2010, released on SENS on 4 May 2010 and published in the press on 5
May 2010 and the annual report. The annual financial statements were audited by
the Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for
inspection at Adcorp`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at 09h00 on Friday, 23 July 2010 at Block A, 28 on Sloane,
Sloane Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg.
