RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Callie Masson
("Callie"), have resigned as financial director of m Cubed with effect from
Thursday, 1 July 2010.
The board of m Cubed wishes to thank Callie for his valued contribution during
his tenure as financial director and bid him well with his future endeavors.
Pursuant to rule 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Company
will endeavor to fill this vacancy as soon as practicably possible and
shareholders will be informed as soon as this process has been completed.
