DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TON SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TONGAAT HULETT LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to TONGAAT HULETT
LIMITED (TON) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 175 cents per TONNID share instalment that is payable on
Thursday, 22 July 2010. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 July 2010. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 July 2010, the record date
will be Friday, 16 July 2010.
