RESIGNATION OF GRAHAM MARWICK AS INDEPENDENT CHAIRMAN
Shareholders are advised that Graham Marwick has decided that it is best that he
step down as the Chairman of the Chemspec Board of Directors due to other
business commitments, and has considered that he would have difficulty in
properly fulfilling those other commitments as well as the commitments that
Chemspec requires of him at this time.
The Board has therefore agreed to his request to be able to stand down and the
company has initiated proceedings to appoint a suitable replacement. Until such
appointment, Mr Strath Wood will serve as Chairman of the Board.
The Board thanks Mr Marwick for his contribution to Chemspec during his time as
Chairman.
