Shareholders are referred to the annual report that was posted to them on 23
June 2010 and are advised that the proxy form contained in the annual report is
incomplete in that it omits a resolution.
A replacement proxy form will be posted to shareholders on 7 July 2010.
Shareholders can also obtain a copy of the complete proxy form on the company`s
website at www.capemp.co.za.
The notice of annual general meeting, forming part of the annual report, is not
affected and shareholders are reminded that the annual general meeting will take
place at 15h00 on Thursday, 16 September 2010 at 5 Fitzmaurice Avenue, Epping,
Cape Town.
