NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement made by Milkworx Limited
("Milkworx"), on 30 September 2009, prior to the reserve listing of Ububele into
Milkworx and the change of the name of Milkworx to Ububele Holdings Limited.
The aforementioned announcement incorrectly stated that "a profit forecast on
the new combined group is in the process of being finalised and will be
published on SENS in due course." In terms of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE, Ububele was not required to publish a profit forecast as part of the
reverse listing process.
For the avoidance of doubt shareholders are hereby advised that Ububele will not
be publishing a profit forecast as incorrectly stated by the previous management
of Milkworx.
