FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - NAME CHANGE
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 24 May 2010 and 22 June 2010
respectively, Highveld wishes to advise that all conditions precedent have been
met and accordingly, the name change of the Corporation to Evraz Highveld Steel
and Vanadium Limited is proceeding as announced. The salient dates and times
are set out below:

Last day to trade Friday, 16 July
Change of name effective from commencement of trading Monday, 19 July
under the JSE code: EHS and ISIN: ZAE000146171 on
List and trade new shares in the new name from Monday, 19 July
commencement of trading on
Record date Friday, 23 July
Issue to certificated shareholders of new share Monday, 26 July
certificates, posting of share certificates to those
shareholders who have submitted their share certificates
and forms of surrender on or before 12:00 on the record
date. Share certificates and forms of surrender received
after 12:00 on the record date will have their new
certificates posted within five days of receipt of
surrender
CSDP and broker accounts, in respect of dematerialised Monday, 26 July
shareholders, will be updated on
Note: Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities
in the name of Highveld after Friday, 16 July 2010.
