We refer to your letter of today`s date, regarding the change in the price of
the Company`s securities from $1.74 at close on 8 July 2010 to $1.935 today.
In response to your questions outlined in that letter, we provide the following
information:
1. The Company is not aware of any information concerning it that has not
already been announced which, if known, could be an explanation for recent
trading in the securities of the Company;
2. The Company is not aware of any additional information and is therefore
unable to provide an explanation for the increase in price of the Company`s
securities as referred to above; and
3. The Company can confirm that it is in compliance with the Listing Rules, in
particular, Listing Rule 3.1
