PROPOSED RIGHTS OFFER: CHANGE TO SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
African Brick announced on the Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the
JSE Limited on 31 May 2010, that the Company was undertaking capital raising by
way of a rights offer ("the Rights Offer") of approximately R20 million.
The salient details in the announcement included important dates and times.
Shareholders are advised that the dates and times pertaining to the Rights Offer
have changed and the revised dates and times are set out below:

Last day to trade in African Brick ordinary Thursday, 5 August
shares in order to participate in the rights
