DECLARED CASH DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TONGAAT HULETT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("TONIDG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Tongaat Hulett
have declared a cash dividend of 175 cents per ordinary share expected
payment on Thursday, 22 July 2010 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16 July 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities,
TONIDG, will receive a Tongaat Hulett cash dividend of 175 cents per
security on the expected payment date of Thursday, 22 July 2010, in terms of
the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order
to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 09 July 2010.
TONIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 July 2010, and the record
date will be Friday, 16 July 2010.
