CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Eric Diack has informed the Board of
Directors of Arcelormittal ("the Board") of his resignation as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from Friday 9 July 2010.
The Board thanks him for his valuable contribution to the company and wishes him
well for the future.
