FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 26
January 2010, 26 February 2010, 14 April 2010 and 28 May 2010 relating to the
acquisition of the business of I to I Technology Solutions Limited ("I to I") as
a going concern from a related party. Shareholders are advised that the company
is still in the process of finalising the legal agreements in respect of the
transaction.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company`s securities until a further announcement regarding the
finalisation of the legal agreements is made.
