Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2010 posted on 12 July 2010 are unchanged from the
reviewed results which were published on SENS on 13 May 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Afrimat Limited will
be held at The Cedar Conference Room, Poplars Restaurant, Race Course Road,
Durbanville on Wednesday, 4 August 2010 at 14:00. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the annual report.
