African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle", "AFE" or "the Company", ticker
AIM: AFE, AltX: AEA) was notified on July 12, 2010 that Mr Mark Parker, a
Director, has purchased 263,443 ordinary shares in the Company. The ordinary
shares were purchased at an average price of 3.75 pence per share.
Accordingly Mr Parker`s beneficial interest in the share capital of the
Company is now 4,297,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.45 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
