CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that a circular has been posted today setting out the
relevant information relating to the adoption of the Masonite (Africa) Limited
Share Incentive Scheme ("the Masonite Share Incentive Scheme"), together with a
notice of general meeting.
The general meeting of shareholders will be held at Suite 200, Block 2, Island
Office Park, 35 - 37 Island Circle, Riverhorse Valley, Durban on Thursday, 29
July 2010 at 12:00 for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing
the necessary resolutions for the adoption of the Masonite Share Incentive
Scheme.
