Shareholders are advised that CIC`s 2010 annual report, containing the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2010, is being
dispatched to shareholders today, 13 July 2010 and contains no modifications to
the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 17 May 2010.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company
will be held at Commercial Investment Corporation (Pty) Limited, corner of Iscor
and Solingen Streets, Northern Industrial Area, Windhoek, on Friday, 13 August
2010 at 08h30, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the AGM which
forms part of the annual report posted out to shareholders today.
