June 2010 relating to the acquisition by Renaissance Securities Holdings (SA)
(Proprietary) Limited of Barnard Jacobs Mellet Securities (Proprietary) Limited,
a wholly owned subsidiary of BJM ("the Transaction"). Shareholders are advised
that all of the suspensive conditions to the Transaction have been fulfilled,
