At the Annual General Meeting of Altron shareholders held on Wednesday, 14 July
2010, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were
passed by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
