PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME, AMENDMENTS TO THE SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEME AND NOTICE OF
GENERAL MEETING
PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Buildworks ("the board")
proposes that the name of the company be changed from `Buildworks Group Limited`
to `Consolidated Infrastructure Group Limited` (the company`s short name will
change from `Buildwk` to `CIL`, the share code will change from `BWK` to `CIL`
and the ISIN will change from `ZAE000110219` to `ZAE000148201`) in order to
reflect the group`s strategic position in providing power infrastructure
throughout Africa. The change of name is subject to the provisions of the
Companies Act, 61 of 1973, the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE")
and the receipt of approval by shareholders in a general meeting.
The salient dates and times in regard to the proposed change of name are:

Receipt of forms of proxy in respect of the general Tuesday, 3 August
meeting by 10:00 on
General meeting at 10:00 on Thursday, 5 August
Results of the general meeting released on SENS on Thursday, 5 August

Finalisation announcement on or before Friday, 27 August
Last day to trade under Buildworks Group Limited on Friday, 3 September
Trading in the new name of Consolidated Monday, 6 September
Infrastructure Group Limited on the JSE under the
JSE code "CIL" and ISIN: ZAE000148201 commences on
Record date in respect of the change of name Friday, 10 September
New certificates will be issued to certificated Monday, 13 September
shareholders who have surrendered their documents of
title together with the form of surrender on or
before 12:00 on the record date on or about
(Shareholders who surrender their old share
certificates after 12:00 on the record date will
have their new share certificates posted within five
business days of receipt)
Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts Monday, 13 September
at their CSDP or broker updated on
Notes:
1. The above dates and times are South African and are subject to change. Any
changes will be released on SENS and published in the press.
2. Share certificates in the name of Buildworks Group Limited may not be
dematerialised after Friday, 3 September 2010.
AMENDMENTS TO THE SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEME
The board further proposes that the agreement governing the Buildworks Share
Option and Share Purchase Scheme (the "share incentive scheme") be amended in
order to comply with the revised Listings Requirements of the JSE.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that a circular to Buildworks shareholders in respect
of the proposed change of name and the proposed amendments to the share
incentive scheme, containing a notice of general meeting (to be held at 6A
Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg at 10h00 on Thursday, 5
August 2010) was dispatched today.
