DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2010
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited) and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2010. This
distribution will:
Be an amount of 1,50 cents (R0.015) per Satrix Dividend Plus security;
Be constituted by:
- 1,49 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0,01 cents in respect of other income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the
register on Friday 25 June 2010; and
Be effected on 23 July 2010.
