NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 31 July 2009 has been posted to shareholders today, 15 July
2010. There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended 31
July 2009, released on SENS on 8 July 2010 and published in the press on 9 July
2010 and the annual report. The annual financial statements were audited by the
Company`s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and their report is available
for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held in the boardroom of Glyn Marais, 2nd floor, The Place, 1
Sandton Drive, Sandton, 2196, on Friday, 6 August 2010 at 10h00.
