TERMINATION OF NEGOTIATIONS TO ACQUIRE POWER LINE AFRICA (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
("PLA") AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that, while Ellies is no longer negotiating the
proposed acquisition of PLA, the Megatron division of Ellies and PLA are
examining their relationship with a view to working together on projects and
business development opportunities. There is no longer reason for shareholders
to exercise caution and the cautionary announcement dated 15 June 2010 is
withdrawn.
