CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SilverBridge hereby notifies its shareholders that
Mr Dinga Madubela has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company,
with effect 14 July 2010.
Dinga is currently the head of Amabubesi Investments (Proprietary) Limited
("Amabubesi"), a SilverBridge BEE partner and has held this position since
2009. He assumed duty with Amabubesi in 2004 as head of Finance and
Administration. Dinga holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University
of Transkei and is currently completing his MBA through the University of
Stellenbosch Business School.
Dinga replaces Ms Nthabiseng Mokone, who resigns as a non-executive director
of the Company, with effect 14 July 2010. The board would like to thank
Nthabiseng for her contribution to the Company and wishes her the best of
luck in her future endeavours.
