CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that the following directors have been appointed with effect from 16
July 2010:
- Kobus van den Berg (Non-executive Director); and
- Cherie Eilertsen (Non-executive Director).
Messrs M.E. Smit and B.J. Havenga, previously Non-executive Directors, have
respectively been appointed as the full time CEO and Financial Director of
Decillion in terms of paragraph 3.84 (h) of the JSE Listings Requirements.
