NO CHANGE STATEMENT
With regard to the audited results of the company for the year ended 31 March
2010, shareholders are advised that the annual report is being posted to
shareholders today. The annual financial statements included in the annual
report contain no modifications to the audited results, which were published on
SENS on Wednesday, 26 May 2010 and subsequently posted to shareholders.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the twenty-seventh annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at The Lord Charles Hotel, corner of Faure and
Stellenbosch Roads, Somerset West on Thursday, 9 September 2010 at 15:00 to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the annual report.
