CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF GOODERSON
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that Ms Nompumelelo Radebe has been
appointed to the board of directors of Gooderson as a non-executive director
with effect from 19 July 2010.
Nompumelelo`s career in the legal fraternity started in October 1989 where she
qualified as an attorney. She set up her own legal practice in 1990 which
specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, Matrimonial and Divorce Law and
Property Law. She has extensive experience in M.V.A Litigation for the Road
Accident Fund, Trusts and estate administration and General Civil Litigation.
Nompumelelo has also held a position of full time lecturer of Economics at the
University of Zululand from 1982 to 2001. She also acted as a Judge in the
KwaZulu Natal High Court in Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
The board of Gooderson welcomes Nompumelelo and looks forward to a long and
valued working relationship.
