DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("STXIDE")
With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of
SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a Distribution in the form of a dividend of
10.64 cents and 0.83 cents in respect of other income per Satrix 40 security
payable to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the
close of business on Friday, 25 June 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
STXIDE, will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution in the form of a dividend of 10.64
cents and 0.83 cents in respect of other income per Satrix 40 cents per security
per ordinary share to ordinary shareholders on Friday, 23 July 2010, in terms of
the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited.
