Following the resignation of Mr MNJ Njeke on 30 June 2010, the Board of Kagiso
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr KL Matseke as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2010.
The Board believes that Mr Matseke will bring valuable experience to the board
and congratulates him on his appointment.
