REMINDER AND UPDATE OF THE SALIENT DATES OF THE SCHEME
Shareholders are referred to the circular which was posted to DTH shareholders
on 1 July 2010 and to the announcements released on the Securities Exchange News
Service ("SENS") on 1 July 2010 and 1 June 2010, regarding the:
* Proposed implementation of a Scheme of Arrangement ("the Scheme")in terms
of section 311 of the Companies Act, no. 61 of 1973 ("the Companies Act");
* Provision of financial assistance in terms of section 38(2A) and approval
in terms of 226(2)(a) of the Companies Act; and
* Delisting of DTH from the JSE Limited ("JSE").
As DTH is listed on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, there is no requirement
for publication of announcements in the press and therefore all further
announcements relating to the Scheme will only be published on SENS and placed
on the Company`s website.
Shareholders are reminded of the remaining salient dates pertaining to the
Scheme, as set out below.
2010
Scheme voting record date, on Tuesday, 20 July
Last day to lodge forms of proxy for the scheme meeting Wednesday, 21 July
