CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The company wishes to announce that, following the merger between the company
and Cape Empowerment Trust Limited ("CET"), the following changes have been made
to the board of directors with effect from 20 July 2010:
- Mr Peter Bernard Hesseling has been appointed to the board as a non-
executive director with immediate effect.
- Ms Ellen Tshabalala has been appointed to the board as an independent non-
executive director with immediate effect.
- Mr Michael J Brown and Mr Peter Volkwyn have resigned from the board with
immediate effect.
The company wishes to thank Mr Brown and Mr Volkwyn for their contribution and
service to the company during their tenure as directors.
