CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that BCG is in the process of negotiating a Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Transaction ("BBBEE Transaction"), which will
involve a restructuring of its existing BBBEE shareholding with Gadlex
(Proprietary) Limited which is currently in place at BCG`s subsidiary company,
Business Connexion (Proprietary) Limited and the introduction of additional
BBBEE partners at the BCG level.
If concluded successfully, the proposed BBBEE Transaction may have a material
effect on the price of the Company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until
further details regarding the proposed BBBEE Transaction are announced.
