CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Simon Murray has resigned as a non-executive director with
effect from 21 July 2010.
The Board would like to thank Simon for his contribution to the company and
wishes him success in the future.
