CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Vunani is pleased to announce the
appointment of Aphrodite Judin as the company`s Financial Director with
effect from 1 September 2010.
The current Financial Director, Guy Frawley, will remain with Vunani and move
into the property division to drive various new initiatives.
Aphrodite qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2001, after completing
her training contract with Deloitte. She remained with Deloitte for a further
3 years as a manager in the Financial Institutions Services division. She
joined Vunani in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer of Vunani Securities
(Pty) Limited. In June 2009 she was appointed as the Vunani Group Compliance
and Risk Manager and in June 2010 she was also appointed Company Secretary.
