Confirmation of directorate change
SABMiller plc has previously announced that Lord Fellowes would, with effect
from the conclusion of the 2010 Annual General Meeting, retire from the Board.
The Annual General Meeting having taken place earlier today, SABMiller plc
confirms that Lord Fellowes has retired form the board.
As noted in our previous announcement Mr John Manser has succeeded Lord Fellowes
as Senior Independent Director and Dr Dambisa Moyo has succeeded Lord Fellowes
as Chair of the Corporate Accountability and Risk Assurance Committee.
